My experience extends from SEO through to social media and newsletter management, engagement, search rankings and management of brand digital footprint.
Things I like:
Efficiency: there’s a lot you can do in the digital world, but do you need to do it? Let’s not be a slave to the tech giants for the sake of it. Let’s stick to what works for you. I’m not going to get you to join up to TikTok just because it’s there.

Helping people: I’m not interested in huge, unwieldy teams that need to be shown the way. I like empowering small businesses and individuals to make an impact with the resources they have.
Organisations and people doing great work: there’s a climate crisis, people with limited access to the arts, people with limited access to nature and a lot of people struggling. If you’re trying to change the world even in some tiny way, we’ll get on.

Respect for time and busy lives: I know what it's like to work for highly stressful, busy corporations. As a parent I have specific priorities - this means I generally avoid sticking to 9-5. It’s all about flexibility, and in the digital world, it can be. If you get that too, then maybe we should talk.
Transparency: I can’t get your Instagram followers up from 2k to 200k overnight. Managing digital streams isn’t just about posting hilarious cat memes. If I think it's time to stop doing something, I'll tell you.
I will be realistic about goals and what we can achieve together.
But rest assured I will do everything I can to make sure those goals are realised.
