Who am I?
I'm a journalist and editor with over ten years experience in the world of professional journalism and an MA in Journalism from Goldsmiths College, the University of London.
I have worked in-house at the Daily Telegraph where I covered film, TV, theatre, lifestyle, books and more. At Time Out London I was Deputy Theatre Editor and wrote reviews, interviews and features for the theatre desk as well as several other sections including food and film.
I am Managing Editor of WhatsOnStage, the UK's most-read theatre website, which has an average monthly readership of over half a million. I commission, write reviews and features and manage all aspects of the editorial desk.
I also work as an Associate Lecturer in Journalism at the University of West of England in Bristol and have appeared on Sky News, Woman's Hour and BBC Radio London as an expert in theatre. My freelance writing has appeared in publications including The Guardian, The Telegraph, The Harrow Times, Time Out Guides and Ambit Magazine.
As well as my work at WhatsOnStage and UWE I am a freelance editor, journalist and teacher. Think I can help? Get in touch.
